Job Title: Project Architect

Job Summary:

Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Project Architect to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Project Architect,
you will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of our prestigious real
estate development projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a
diverse range of projects, contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to develop
  conceptual designs and architectural plans that meet project requirements and
  exceed client expectations
• Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring compliance with
  building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure
  seamless project execution
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results
  on time and within budget
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, offering innovative
  solutions to design challenges
• Participate in project reviews, presentations, and client meetings to communicate
  design concepts and progress
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological
  advancements in architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Architect, with a proven track record
  of successful project delivery
• With 2-3 years of which are of planning and horizontal projects experience.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and
  BIM tools
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple
  stakeholders and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
  effectively with cross-functional teams
• Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  applicable to the construction industry
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to deliver
  innovative design solutions
