Job Title: Operations Manager (Property Management)

Job Summary:

Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing property management portfolio in Cebu City. As a full-time, permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our commercial property assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
• Prepare and monitor property budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of assets
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to coordinate maintenance and improvement projects
• Oversee the work of on-site property management staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Analyse property performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in the real estate and property industry
• Excellent knowledge of property management best practices, including maintenance, tenant relations, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders
• Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
• Familiarity with local property regulations and market trends in Cebu City
