Job Title: Project Finance Specialist
Work Location: Cebu
Job Summary: Taft Property Venture Development Corp. is seeking a talented Project Finance Specialist to join our team in our Cebu City office. As a full-time member of our finance department, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management and reporting for our property development projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial models and reports for ongoing property development projects
• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and expenditures to ensure financial targets are met
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather financial data and resolve issues
• Support the preparation of invoices, payments, and other financial documents
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
• Collaborate with the broader finance team on broader company-wide initiatives

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project finance, financial reporting, or a similar role; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with property development or construction industry a plus
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications
