Job Summary:

The Sales Training & Network Development Officer at Taft Properties is responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs for the sales team and expanding the network of brokers and in-house sellers through intensive recruitment. This role requires a blend of critical thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in sales training and methodologies.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging sales training workshops and programmes to upskill our sales team, covering areas such as product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and sales strategy
  • Assess the training needs of the sales team and develop tailored training solutions to address skill gaps and improve performance
  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching and mentoring sessions to support the ongoing development of sales professionals
  • Lead the full cycle of the recruitment process for new sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective recruitment strategies and build a strong pipeline of sales talent
  • Monitor and report on the success of training and recruitment initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales training or recruitment role, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Proficient in the use of training and HR management software, as well as data analysis tools
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programmes and recruitment strategies
