responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key clients, driving revenue
growth, and contributing to the overall success of our thriving sales department.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned
    accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through exceptional service
    and communication
  • Accurately forecast sales, pipeline, and revenue metrics to support business
    planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated sales solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve sales processes and
    strategies
Qualifications:
  •  Proven track record of success in a sales account management, ideally within
    the property or real estate industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong
    relationships with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering creative
    solutions
  • Proficient in using sales management and CRM tools to track and analyse data
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced
    environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
